Manufacturing Process
From jeans development and pattern preparation to cutting, sewing, garment washing, quality inspection and shipment preparation, each stage follows the approved sample, measurement chart and confirmed production specifications.

Product Review & Planning
We review the jeans style, target fit, rise, leg shape, fabric, wash, measurements, order quantity and delivery schedule before production planning begins

Pattern & Sample Development
Our team develops the pattern and first sample, then adjusts the rise, waist, hip, thigh, knee, leg opening, inseam, pocket placement and wash effect for approval.

Sewing & Construction
Approved specifications guide fabric cutting and jeans assembly, with in-line checks covering the waistband, fly, pockets, inseam, outseam, hardware and key measurements.

Wash & Finishing
Jeans are washed and finished to achieve the approved shade, hand feel, fading, whiskers, abrasion or distressing effect, with batch consistency monitored throughout production.

Quality Inspection
Finished jeans undergo measurement, workmanship, wash appearance, hardware, labeling and packing checks against the approved sample and specifications.

Packing & Shipment
Approved jeans are folded and packed according to buyer instructions, followed by quantity, carton and shipping-mark verification before shipment.
