From shirt and overshirt development and pattern preparation to cutting, sewing, garment washing, quality inspection and shipment preparation, each stage follows the approved sample, measurement chart and confirmed production specifications.

Product Review & Planning
We review the shirt or overshirt style, target fit, garment length, fabric, wash, construction details, order quantity and delivery schedule before production planning begins.

Pattern & Sample Development
Our team develops the pattern and first sample, then adjusts the shoulder width, chest, body length, sleeve shape, cuff, collar, placket, pocket placement and wash effect for approval.

Sewing & Construction
Approved specifications guide fabric cutting and garment assembly, with in-line checks covering collars, yokes, plackets, sleeves, cuffs, pockets, seams, snaps, buttons and key measurements.

Wash & Finishing
Shirts and overshirts are washed and finished to achieve the approved shade, hand feel, fading, abrasion, garment-dyed appearance, embroidery or vintage effect, with batch consistency monitored throughout production.

Quality Inspection
Finished shirts and overshirts undergo measurement, workmanship, wash appearance, buttons or snaps, pockets, labeling and packing checks against the approved sample and specifications.

Packing & Shipment
Approved garments are folded and packed according to buyer instructions, followed by quantity, carton and shipping-mark verification before shipment.
