From skirt and dress development and pattern preparation to cutting, sewing, garment washing, quality inspection and shipment preparation, each stage follows the approved sample, measurement chart and confirmed production specifications.

Product Review & Planning
We review the skirt or dress style, target silhouette, garment length, fabric, wash, measurements, order quantity and delivery schedule before production planning begins.

Pattern & Sample Development
Our team develops the pattern and first sample, then adjusts the waist, hip, sweep, bodice shape, garment length, slit, pocket placement, closure and wash effect for approval.

Sewing & Construction
Approved specifications guide fabric cutting and garment assembly, with in-line checks covering waistbands or bodices, pockets, plackets, slits, closures, seams and key measurements.

Wash & Finishing
Skirts and dresses are washed and finished to achieve the approved shade, hand feel, fading, garment-dyed appearance, abrasion or vintage effect, with batch consistency monitored throughout production.

Quality Inspection
Finished skirts and dresses undergo measurement, workmanship, wash appearance, closures, trims, labeling and packing checks against the approved sample and specifications.

Packing & Shipment
Approved garments are folded and packed according to buyer instructions, followed by quantity, carton and shipping-mark verification before shipment.
