Select the fabric according to the required hand feel, garment weight, stretch, recovery, season and price position. Cotton, polyester, lyocell and elastane blends can be evaluated with suitable denim weights before the sampling material is confirmed.

Wash Direction & Approval

Provide a reference image, physical sample or target shade for wash development. Color, fading, whiskers, abrasion, distressing and finishing effects are reviewed through physical wash samples before the bulk production standard is approved.

Our team develops the shorts pattern and first sample, then adjusts the rise, waist, hip, thigh, inseam, leg opening, pocket placement, hem treatment and wash effect for approval.

Sewing & Construction

Approved specifications guide fabric cutting and shorts assembly, with in-line checks covering the waistband, fly, pockets, inseam, side seams, hems, hardware and key measurements.
